Memorial Day Celebration with Russ

Jennifer Musone, Administrator at Juniper Village at Meadville was very honored to attend a Memorial Day service honoring  Veteran Russ Ingols. Russ was the honorable guest of the ceremony. Russ is the longest standing legioneer member of the American Legion post 615, where he has been a member for 66 years.  In July, Russ is being honored at an awards ceremony in Conneautville.  As a treasured piece, Russ still holds his father's Legion hat from WWI close to him.  He is a loyal and sincere man and we are all honored to have him as a Resident at Juniper; Russ Nurtures our Spirit of Life daily!

Springtime at Juniper!

Spring is showing her beautiful colors here at Juniper Village.  The front gardens are blooming!  As we took a stroll through last weekend, we were able to see mother nature in action!  Our gardening season is underway and the raised garden bed project will soon take shape!  Last year we had some delicious fruits and veggies grow, and we can't forget about the fragrant flowers!  Interested in joining our garden club?  Call today for more information!  333.4400

Wonderful White Party

Guests were the icing on the cake for this wonderful white party! With the ballroom so beautifully decorated, there was only one more
thing that could make the space shine brighter, the smiles beaming from the mothers, sons and daughters who spent the afternoon celebrating mothers! Pastries, cakes and fresh fruit along with a
decorated photo area, were all created by our own Connections Director, Pam Mitchell. Pam had a vision of what the ballroom would be created to look like, and as the plan was unfolding, somewhere the western sky was shining down on an idea...Pam walked into a shop, while on vacation, and immediately knew the organza was the answer! She had it shipped in for the occasion. Thank you Pam, for preparing such a beautiful venue for our mothers, this season! The celebration truly Nurtured the Spirit of Life!

Elvis is in the Building

Elvis stopped in this week to share in some reminiscent music with the residents of Juniper Village at Meadville.  His blue suede shoes were "all shook up" in our front lobby! Toes were tapping and hands were clapping and you could hear that popular phrase resound..."Elvis is in the Building!"  And we say to you, Elvis: "Thank you very much!"
