Happy Hour, Card Games and Flower Arranging!

Juniper Village residents were staying in from the frigid weather this past few weeks!  Enjoying the convenience of onsite Connections activity programs, Mary is shown arranging some flowers.  Happy hour is always a hit on Friday's at 2:30pm.  Residents can often be found gathering for a card game in one of our lovely common areas. As for the gentleman on the couch...they truly enjoy the "people watching" and reminiscing of past and present tales. Sometimes the tales are a little tall, but no one minds...the laughter and friendly banter is always a warm welcome to all each day!  Nurturing the Spirit of Life is shown in action.  Take a moment to stop in for one of our many programs. Call today to receive a copy of our monthly events!

 

 

 

Decorated Doors are Delightful!

The door decorating contest was on again this year as another wonderful event that incorporates the best friends program at Juniper Village during the Holiday season.  Residents are paired with an associate and throughout the year, there are opportunities to spend some good old fashioned fun together.  Every Monday at 2pm, you can count on the Best Friends ice cream social...just like every year, you can count on magical creativity to appear around the community in the form of good will and cheer on the resident's doors...with a little help from the Connections Activities department and the Best Friends program!  Ask your loved one who their best friend is...and feel free to drop in on any of our best friends programming.  And the winner is...Sally James (pictured below) and her Best Friend associate Sue Ellen.  Congratulations ladies!
