Holiday 2010

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse!  Last evening, as the Associates and Volunteers at Juniper Village scurried to prepare for the Annual Friends and Family Holiday Dinner, I took a moment to capture the stillness before the festivities began.  This year turned out to be a year of "coming together".  Support was offered by Tony Petruso, of Northwest Pharmacy Solutions, in the form of a donation, allowing us to purchase our delicious appetizers from a local Restaurant, Stacini's, and give back to the community at large.  In addition, Nancy Stover, recruited her son and his group of service fraternity friends to assist with seating and serving the dinner and Associate Carla Moore, welcomed her husband in to assist with the evenings flow. The entertainment by a string quartet and a local up and coming star singer was enjoyed by all as the evening progressed.  Stay tuned for more photos and some heartwarming moments throughout the evening as over 200 guests spent the evening as one grand Juniper Family.  This year was a wonderful success, and we give thanks to our Associates, Volunteers and Friends, Family, and Residents, who bring joy to all this Holiday Season.
